Manual Testing Skills:

Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications

Cross-browser and cross-device validation

Basic functional flow checks across different modules

Compatibility checks across various platforms

Reporting issues clearly with steps and observations

Ensuring overall smoothness, stability, and expected behavior of the product

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field (BBA, BCom)

Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MCom) is an added advantage

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify opportunities and convert conversations into outcomes

Experience in client outreach, relationship building, and account growth

Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
